Executive Team
Tim Marshall
Founder
Tim was raised in the Philippines with a different perspective than many of his peers, Tims perspective has always been one of Global Impact. Tim and his wife Melanie Pastored for 10 Years in Indiana, and have been traveling for a total of 14 years, Tim and Melanie were raised on the Mission field and have a heart for other nations and cultures. Tim and Melanie Lived in Australia, The Philippines, Hong Kong. They Currently travel extensively as Evangelist.
Jason Beardsley
Jason is a man with high energy and a lot of fun to be with. He is a barber by trade and very successful, his family owns many shops in the Chicago Area. Jason is an amazing preacher and full time evangelist with the UPCI.
David Geri
David is the Financial Executive and Music Minster at First Pentecostal Church, Pensacola, FL. Prior to joining the staff at First Pentecostal, David was the Music Program Chair at Texas Bible College. He has also served as music minister in Vidor, TX and West Monroe, LA. David holds a B.A. in Christian Music from Jackson College of Ministries, and a joint MBA / Master of Accountancy from the University of West Florida.
Jonathan Arneault
Director Of Life Source Funding
Jonathan is a Pastor in Gulf Breeze Florida, with a great vision for helping people, he uses an outside the ordinary approach with his Passion of Ministry , Business and People. he is loved and respected by his peers. He has been with IBM technologies and with his leadership experience, Skills and abilities. He is a welcome asset to Mission Impact Team.
Robert Eades
Director of Forgotten Children Assistance
Robert Eades is a Pastor in the Great State of Texas, after pastoring for 15 years in Kentucky, along with being a presbyter for his organization Robert and his wife Sherry traveled around the US and Canada for several years before settling in Texas. Rob is an accomplished musician and recording artist. He brings passions and Compassion to Mission Impact Team.
Alexis Marshall
Administritive Assistant and Marketing
Alexis is a One Woman ministry Machine, her passion, her abilities and her ability to adapt to any situatation is what propels her and will continue to bring her in front of People around the World , We love Alexis , she is a talented amazing part of the Team. Alexis has a Degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Music from Indiana Bible College. Alexis holds a general license with the South Texas District UPCI.
Grace Arneault
Grace is an amazing lady with the servants heart, her passion, her abilities and her ability to adapt to any situation is what propels her and will continue to bring her in front of People around the World , We love Grace.she has an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She is an amazing asset to our team.

Your Support of this Mission Impact team is what makes our activities possible. If it is feeding homeless children in other countries or helping build a new building that was destroyed by fire. Since MIT was formed, we have been to multiple nations with teams as large as 55 people we have seen thousands of lives changed. We want to grow and be able to assist more people.
